Carpentry

Guide to become a GM carpenter - not a popular profession but necessary as all-around crafter.

There is two ways for your to train carpentry

1) Buy board - The method most people will choose because saving time is always the best
2) Get logs by lumberjack - If you will have your crafter skilled with lumberjack, you may consider to train carpentry together. Bring yourself with carpentry tool when you get logs from tree and craft the items.

No matter which way you choose, the following guide will apply to you. And you can see the reason why I choose the following items. Moreover, if you have started with 50 skill or bought to 30 from vendors, just jump to the corresponding skill items.

0-15: Barrel Staves - You can save this for keg.
15-30: Barrel Lid - You can save this for keg too!
30-55: Wooden box, Medium Crate, Large Crate - With proper tinker skill, you can save/sell this for lockpick training.
55-80: Wooden shield, Keg - Sell shield to vendor and save keg for potion keg.
80-GM: Quarter Staff, Gnarled Staff - The best choices because you only need board / logs. All the others would require different materials. Also, you can sell back to vendors.

Training carpentry is not hard, all you need to have is just tons of logs or boards. Good luck !
