Cooking

So, for some reason you would like to master the culinary arts instead of the magic arts huh? Tall that's ok, im sure you won't get made fun of too bad.

Cooking is probably the easiest crafting skill in the game for one reason: You don't have to make different things at different levels, you can make the same thing from 0 and by making it over and over you can get to GM.

So if it's the easiest... what's the hardest part? Well, getting your resources is probably the only thing you'll have to worry about. I would recommend fishing. You can get tons of fishsteaks from cutting up fish. It's really the only thing you can do with fish anyways, so why not? Or if you have a tamer you could start cutting up the corpses of dragons you kill or something. But fishing is probably the cheapest and fastest way.

Now, read carefully because doing this wrong will make you have to get more resources. When attempting to cook things like fish steaks, only put ONE in your pack at a time! Leve the rest in a box in your house or in your bank. Because it will attempt to cook as many as it can! So drag one at a time into your pack, then cook.

Now, besides making nice decorative things for tables, what is a chef good for? One thing, tribal paint. Tribal paint is a fairly desirable skin paint that changes your character to a very light toned color (just like tribals) and make tribals not attack you, similar to a orcish mask of kin. To make the paints you'll need some flour and a tribal berry and that it. It takes 80 skill to make them, so you really don't even need to GM cooking to get all the benefits from it...

Now one last tip, dont waste your time making fires or buying an oven for your house to cook with. You can just use a heating stand, yes one of those tings that only take 6 ingots to make if you have a tinker, put it in your pack and you can cook where ever and whenever you want without having to worry about finding a source.

I hope this guide proves helpful for you and your stomach, thanks!
