Parrying

50-100 parrying in one day without sparring

If you don't start with 50 parrying, buy it up from an NPC. You also will need about 15 shields, as they will break.

Go to the Jhelom Pits and lure two fighters out into town (so you don't get pked) and have them bash on you. You should start gaining fast from the start.

If you want to do it unattended, have a script running in the background that does two things:
1. re-equip a shield if one breaks (if lefthand empty, equip shield to left hand)
2. begin healing yourself when your health drops below a certain amount.

Eventually the NPCs weapons will break and you will take less damage so healing won't be as much as a necessity, but until then, keep an eye on your health. After their weapons break you will still gain, however, so it is actually benificial for you.

You can expect to GM parrying somewhere between 7-9 hours, if everything goes smoothly.

Anatomy

Anatomy serves four purposes:
1) When coupled with the skill wrestling it allows the player to toggle "stun" which when used (must punch your opponent once stun is toggled on) will paralyze their opponent for a couple of seconds if successful.
2) When using a weapon GM Anatomy increases the maximum damage you will do to your opponent.
3) With the healing skill Anatomy allows you to resurrect other players and on the whole heal more damage.
4) With just GM Evaluating Intelligence and Anatomy (no wrestling) you will have a 'virtual' wrestling of 100 when it comes to defensive wrestling.

The best way to train Anatomy is to run a simple macro that uses the anatomy skill, and then targets a random blue. Run this macro at a popular location such as Britain Bank.
